A true sign that hard work, determination, and integrity have not died. They are alive and well in Kip

Kapfer - Realtor. Almost a year ago, my wife and I set out on the adventure of finding a lake house to

decompress and also to create some memories with our ever growing family. We wisely enlisted the

talent of Kip to help us find our dream.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, we have not had that much experience in home shopping. I’d like to say

that it was easy, but it was not. I think of it as akin to car shopping … maybe worse. It was difficult and at

times very discouraging. But from the beginning of the process, Kip listened to what we wanted and was

immediately on the hunt. Not a small task, as we are somewhat finicky and a whole lot of hard to please

- but he took it all in stride. Added to that, we entered a seller’s market - which made the inventory even

leaner and the negotiating even harder.

After many trips up North for viewings, MULTIPLE rest stops, a TON of laughs (typical when in the

presence of Kip), and a few near misses, Kip helped us find a place that “checked all the boxes” for us.

Even when we were ready to call it quits, Kip was like a hound on a trail - there was no discouraging him.

Place found, offer made, offer countered, offer countered again, and then accepted. Easy right? Nope.

What followed were a million and one road blocks that tried to derail the deal. Each time Kip helped us

navigate through the rough waters by lending an ear, providing solid solutions & feedback, and watching

over every single detail until the deal was done. To get there required MANY trips up North, and each

time Kip insisted on being there - alongside. Through all of the first world problems that we faced, we

NEVER had the sense that Kip wasn’t looking out for anything but our best interest. That provided some

really valuable peace of mind.

I would recommend Kip to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Give him a try, you will not be
